Tasting Notes
A whisky of contrast and cohesion.
Expect floral lift, citrus zest, and soft vanilla from the un-charred barrel, layered beautifully with the charred cask’s richer notes of baking spice, dried stone fruit, and toasted malt.
The palate is expressive and textural, opening with vibrancy and grace before yielding to a long, warm finish of oak, honeycomb, and gentle tannins.

Why a Ballot system?
We have created a Ballot system in order to our exclusive collaboration limited edition and offer a fair opportunity to all of our Overeem Whisky fans to purchase one of these special bottlings.
When will I know if I am successful?
You will receive confirmation whether you have secured a bottle follow the ballot closing. Ballot closes 1 August 2025 at Midnight.
Notification will be via the registered email.
Next Steps if you are successful in the ballot
Invoices will be sent to those successful, please make sure you process the payment within 48 hours. If you are unable to make payment and do not contact SR Cellars with the payment window, your bottle will be re-allocated to another entrant.
If you are only securing the “Ballot” bottle, the invoice will include the postage and handling costs.
If i am successful can i add more whisky or wine to my order?
We are happy to assist and are willing to add other bottles to your order.
Upon receipt of your order notification, please contact SR Cellars at info@srcellars.com.au within the 48 hour payment window period with the additional bottles to add to your order.
Postage for all orders over $300 will be complimentary.
If you miss the payment window your bottle secured in the ballot will be re-allocated..
Abuse of the Ballot process
Please note we reserve the right to remove ballot entries if the system is being abused by numerous entries from the same person and address. Please respect the spirit of this offering.
