Waubs Harbour Kelp Revival

Kelp Revival is a true showcase of Waubs Harbour’s coastal terroir and commitment to innovation. Matured in Apera Sherry casks before a rare finishing period in a 70-year-old Tawny Port cask, it offers a decadent profile of juicy stone fruits, chocolate-coated sultanas, and a beautifully complex nutty character. A small portion of coastal peated whisky has been married into the final spirit, lending earthy depth without smokiness, and amplifying its maritime edge. Bottled in support of Tasmania’s Giant Kelp regeneration project — including a trial site just beyond the distillery — this release captures both the flavour and spirit of Tasmania’s wild coastline.
