We hope you love your purchase from SR Cellars, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- Returns must be made within 60 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling charges with the return.
- Please note that return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@srcellars.com.au with your order number and the products you'd like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please email us at info@srcellars.com.au to arrange an exchange.
