The Discovery Series is Bardstown's argument that blending is its own art form — and #9 is one of its most ambitious chapters yet. Built around rare craft Georgia bourbon (8 years, an unusually wheated mash bill for the South), the blend layers in 12-year Kentucky bourbon, a 17-year Tennessee whiskey, and a touch of 12-year Canadian corn whisky for sweetness and lift. Four different whiskeys, four different regions, one remarkably coherent glass.

Bottled at 56.25% ABV, it has the weight to carry that complexity without collapsing. Cocoa nib, plum, and cedar on the nose; vanilla cream and cinnamon driving the palate; a finish that's long, spiced, and quietly indulgent.
