Outback Distilling - The Pioneers Collection - The Founders Cask

The Pioneer’s Collection represents the pinnacle of our Outback whisky craftsmanship. Released only twice a year in a numbered, small-batch release, each expression tells a singular story of temperature shifts, meticulous cask selection and time in the elements.

The Founder’s Cask is the first of the collection, drawn from the first cask we laid down by founders Michael McLaughlin and Will Fellowes, marking the beginning of The Outback Distilling Co. Matured in a first-fill Oloroso cask seasoned for over 30 years, it develops depth and structure under the extreme climate of Western Queensland.

Individually numbered and finite - this release is limited to only 682 bottles.
