Crafted in partnership with Overeem Distillery and Savile Row, this exclusive release is a masterful union of two bourbon casks — one charred, one un-charred — showcasing both delicacy and depth. The un-charred cask lends lifted aromas of citrus blossom and fresh stone fruit, while the charred counterpart contributes rich layers of dark honey, spice, and toasted malt.
On the palate, expect a vivid interplay of brightness and structure: floral top notes and silky vanilla glide into warming waves of baked apricot, clove, and cocoa-dusted oak. The finish is long and expressive, echoing the dual nature of its cask origins — refined yet bold.
