Created in close partnership between SR Cellars and Waubs Harbour, this limited single malt represents a true meeting of passion and provenance. Originally matured in a single Australian Tawny cask, the whisky was later transferred into a rare 45-year-old Peter Dennis French Oak Tawny barrel — one of the last remaining examples of its kind. The marriage of maritime influence and aged fortified oak has yielded a spirit of remarkable depth, where craftsmanship and time converge in perfect balance.

Bottled exclusively for SR Cellars at 53% ABV, this release carries the rich, textural DNA of Waubs Harbour with a uniquely expressive cask influence. The aged French oak delivers waves of red fruit and salted caramel over a backbone of coastal salinity and soft spice. Elegant yet powerful, this is a whisky that speaks to legacy, place, and the quiet beauty of refinement.
