Cadenheads Tullibardine 12 Year Old Palo Cortado Cask

This limited release from Cadenhead’s, Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, brings a rare Spanish influence to Highland whisky. Distilled at Tullibardine and aged for 12 years, it spent its finishing period in a Palo Cortado sherry cask — an uncommon style that combines the finesse of Amontillado with the richness of Oloroso. The result is a whisky of striking balance: nutty, savoury, and saline notes intertwined with sweet dried fruit and gentle oak spice. Bottled without chill-filtration or colouring, as is Cadenhead’s tradition, it offers pure, unadulterated character.
