2021 Limited Edition Non-Peated

Untypical of the usual peated character that we would expect from Yoichi single malt, this expression from Nikka's Discovery series experiments with unpeated malt. Released in late 2021, this is one of two limited-edition whiskies featuring a diversity of ingredients, both non chill-filtered to maximise the flavour of the whiskies. Aromas of acacia honey, golden apple and ginger give way to an energetic palate with citrus fruit, coffee bean, mixed nuts and lingering spice. 47% abv.
