Callington Mill Distillery is internationally recognised for producing world-class Tasmanian single malt whisky, recently earning the title of World’s Best Single Malt Whisky at the London Spirits Competition 2025.

Crafted entirely grain to glass, every stage of production is managed in-house to ensure exceptional quality, precision, and consistency. Each whisky is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, delivering an authentic expression of character and complexity.

A defining element of Callington Mill’s approach is its use of first-fill casks sourced from Spain and Portugal, many filled while still wet with sherry or port. This preserves the richness and integrity of the oak, resulting in whiskies of remarkable depth, balance, and elegance.

The collection showcases a diverse range of award-winning expressions, including the acclaimed Pedro Ximenez release, alongside Enigma, Aurora, Quagmire, and the highly sought-after Heritage Release.
