Waiheke Whisky is a proudly independent craft distillery based on Waiheke Island, Auckland. Founded in 2010 by Dr Mark Izzard and Richard Evatt. Waiheke Whisky has grown from a 50-litre hobby still into one of New Zealand's most awarded craft distilleries, producing peated Single Malt entirely on Waiheke Island, from local grain to bottled spirit. For over 15 years, using just 3 ingredients, we've produced award-winning whisky here on Waiheke Island.
